BT Syntegra
Netrix
Challenge:
BT planned to launch a new generation of trading console to consolidate their position with existing customers and leverage opportunities with new customers particularly in the U.S. The new product range had to combine the needs of cost effective, high quality manufacture and robustness with an appearance that was suitably professional yet unique, memorable and unprecedented in this arena.
Solution:
A modular, upgradeable system, robust enough to withstand the frenetic environment of the trading floor and yet uncompromising in appearance; establishing itself as a flagship product for the BT brand in the category. ITS Netrix provides the differentiation that BT demanded and delivers extremely high levels of quality, capability and tangible wow factor for the user.
Results:
ITS Netrix not only helped BT retain existing customers in line with their strategic business objectives but also won new accounts increasing potential for global market share by 10%. During the first full year of production, sales by volume were a staggering 50% greater than that of the predecessor product in the previous year. As well as delivering market and sales success, the design has won numerous banking and trading industry awards.
