Kinneir Dufort's Global Usability Studies Team Receives an Expert Injection

Robin started his career as a Research Associate in the Environmental Ergonomics Laboratory at Loughborough University, he then moved onto work within a variety of industries.

At the National Physical Laboratory he lead truly unique research into the use of augmented reality in 3D mapping and for London Underground he worked with engineers to integrate the new trains onto the LU network, and ran the usability testing of a tunnel repair machine on the Jubilee line.

In the medical device usability domain Robin has designed and ran formative and summative usability studies for various large global pharmaceutical companies.

Before joining Kinneir Dufort, Robin worked as a mentor in UX at the Engine Shed based WebStart Bristol, and tutored in ergonomics at Coventry University School of Art and Design.

With his wealth of experience and insights Robin is an asset to the already global award winning research team and we look forward to the exciting project we have ahead.
